QIGONG

(pronounced chee-gong)

Qigong has been around for over 4000 years and is often described as a combination of Yoga and Thai Chi.  It has roots in Chinese medicine and is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance Qi, which is our life force energy.  

​

Imagine getting all of the benefits of meditation ...

but through slow gentle movement

and breath work.

Great for the mind, heart, body and soul.

     Energy to the body.

               Balance to the emotions.

                         Tranquility to the mind.

Great for all ages!  Great for all fitness levels!

​

Available to individuals or small groups.

Seated and/or standing postures. 

​

The first class will be "An Introduction to Qigong". 

Remaining classes can be customized to the needs of the client or group if requested.

​

Individual (one-on-one) lessons:

30 minute lesson:  $30

45 minute lesson:  $45

1 hour lesson:  $60


Group rates: 

45 minute class:  $15/person

(minimum 8 participants)

60 minute class:  $20/person

(minimum 8 participants)

Travel charges apply for sessions outside of the Millet area.

​

May be offered indoors or outdoors ... mosquito and weather pending.

​

Wear comfy clothes.  Bring water if you like.  Nothing else is needed.

​
